Shipping Policy:
Items ordered before 3 P.M. EST Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Items ordered after 3 PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment*. Items ordered Friday through Sunday will ship the next business day(typically Monday unless it is a holiday) upon receipt of payment*.
* Please note that receipt of payment can take up to 72 hours depending on method of payment.
Items over 150 pounds will have to be shipped by freight truck. If the item you are ordering is over 150 pounds, please send an email to support@flowsolutions1.com with your name, email address, the items you would like to order, and your zip code. We will respond within 24 hours with a quote of the total price. If you would like to order the items after reviewing the quote, reply to the quote with a message stating that you would like to order the items and we will send you a PayPal invoice via email. Items will not ship until payment has been received.
Store pick-up is available for all items on our website. Please note that if store pick-up is selected for shipping method, your order will not be available for pick-up until the next business day.
Return Policy:
All items returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items
Refund will not be issued until returned items have been received
